Flint knife in two parts, Bronze Age 3,780 - 3,800 years ago

Field collection: Bractullo Farm., Letham, Angus. Inhumation in a short cist, found In December 1966 during ploughing operations

Dated from radio carbon tests performed on skeleton.

This was the grave of a woman over thirty five years old of a robust build. She was about 163cm tall It is possible that the flint knife was broken before being put into the cist.
