This bowl (displayed with 2001-58-1, 2001-58-2 and 2001-58-4) highlight the different characteristics of clay. The stoneware pieces cannot take on fine detail and appear solid with dark rich colour.

This large bowl has been multi-fired causing a crackle effect.
