Access for all. The new entrance door is broken through. The
museum will now be easily accessed from the South.
More progress is made
on the new entrance with reception, cafe and displays.
The gallery where everyone's favourite exhibit 'The Tay Whale'
will once again be hung, gets its first coat of paint.
Restoration of the exterior continues with repairs to the
stonework above the doors at the top of the exterior grand
stair.
The new pedestrian area to the South East is completed, including
the area around the statue of the famous bard Robbie Burns.
The new terrace outside the new front entrance takes shape.

is completed.

The Albert Hall, to contain the 'Dundee and the World' displays
before the new colours are applied.
