The McManus Life Stories oral history project continues to record Dundonians of all ages talking about their lives. These recordings will be used to inform new gallery displays during the ‘Who We Are’ redevelopment, and also as a resource for Lifelong learning.

The project would love to record someone’s reminiscences of growing up in Dundee in the1990s! Were you in the Lochee Fleet, Hulltoon Huns or any of the other teenage gangs in the 70s? Did you walk through the Overgate in tartan strides and a Mohican hairdo to a sound track of the Sex Pistols?

If you would be interested in taking part, then please contact Rod Gordon, Heritage Officer, on (01382) 432385 or email rod.gordon@dundeecity.gov.uk
