This sepie print shows Admiralty Inlet, at the north west of Baffin Island, Canada. Beneath the photograph are the words 'Admiralty Inlet: taken at midnight.' The foreground shows a stretch of water, with a number of small ice floes, predominantly on the left centre. Beyond the water is the land, comprising a snow streaked length of cliffs or low level hills.
