This card was issued to an Edinburgh medical student in 1833. It allowed him admittance to the museum of the Royal College of Surgeons. The card is an off-white colour with black printing and some hand writing in black ink. The front is decorated with a picture of a large two storey house surrounded by railings and shrubbery. Above the picture are the words 'Royal College of Surgeons' and beneath is says 'Admit John Wanless to the Museum.'
