This lantern slide shows Albert Wharf and the harbour area of Lerwick in Shetland. There are a couple of the distinctive Shetland open boats in the foreground, with their typical curved prows. There are a number of barrels on the wharf, possibly oil barrels or herring barrels, whilr behind them the town rises to the Grand Hotel.
