This Certificate of Discharge was issued by the Baord of Trade. It was issued to Mr James Stout. It states that Mr Stout was 27 years old and had been born in Shetland. He had worked as a linemanager on the Dundee registered whaling ship 'Aurora', ship number 75186 in the 1880 whaling voyage.
