One of eleven Seaman's Allotment Notes for Mr Charles Myers, 1856

This Seaman's Allotment note was issued to Mr Charles Myers on the 24th May 1856. It states that Mr Myers will be serving as a Boatswain on the vessel 'Robin Gray' sailing to Archangel. It also says that part of Mr Myers wages, £1 15/- [£1 . 75 pence] will be paid to Agnes Myers every month. At the back of the note is a list of dates from June to July with the amounts paid and Mrs Myers signature.
