This document has 'Certificate of Discharge' across the top, with the logo of the 'Com. of Council For Trade' in the top left corner. It states that 'Henry Navill' was aged 32 and had beeb in Dundee. It also states he had been engaged as an 'AB.' on the 696 ton Dundee registered vessel 'White Sea', official number 82743 on a running agreement. Mr Navill had been engaged between the 10th October 1893 and the 20th November 1894. The Master has signed the bottom of the certificate and has given Mr Navill a character of 'Very Good' for both ability and conduct.
