This document has 'Certificate of Discharge' across the top, with the logo of the 'Com. of Council For Trade' in the top left corner. It states that 'Henry Navill' was aged 42 and had been born in Dundee. It also states he had been engaged as an 'AB.' on the 1934 ton Liverpool registered vessel 'Inchmarlo', official number 96357 on a voyage to Rangoon. Mr Navill had been engaged between the 26th September 1894 and the 8th January 1895. The Master signed the bottom of the certificate and has given Mr Navill a character of 'Very Good' for both ability and conduct.
