Dundee Nights - Offer an object
We are planning our next exhibition to celebrate our city, and this time we’re all going getting together for a proper Dundee night out.
We’re telling the story of Dundee after dark, from the days of music halls right through to modern times, covering cinema, dance halls, the heyday of the Caird Hall and more.
We’re looking for objects to help us tell the stories of the city’s nightlife.
Ticket stubs, programmes, a drum stick or plectrum, t-shirts, a jelly baby from the Beatles gig, we’re open to all ideas. Send us a message using this form and we’ll get in touch. We won’t be able to show everything, but we hope to include enough to represent the different voices of the people of the city.
This form will be open for 4 weeks from 12th June to 10th July 2026. We will then assess what we have and contact you.
Please do not post or bring objects to the museum without arranging with us first. Every offer will be carefully considered, but we will not be able to display everything that is offered to us, so please do not be offended if your object is not selected for display. We cannot accept material with specific conditions attached or where current ownership might be disputed.
